J&J Unit Wins Dismissal of Tylenol Rapid Release Suit (Correct)

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. is free of a proposed class suit alleging it deceived consumers about how quickly Rapid Release Tylenol Gelcaps would provide pain relief.

Eduardo Hernandez and others sued in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. They alleged the J&J unit sought to elevate the rapid release products above cheaper, conventional Tylenol products, and imply that the costlier version worked better and faster.
