House Oversight Committee lawmakers ask Attorney General Merrick Garland and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen to examine tax deductions that Cardinal Health, McKesson Corporation, AmerisourceBergen, and Johnson & Johnson are taking related to their opioid settlement agreement.
