Customers who bought acne creams, washes, and bars sued Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc.—an entity that was spun off from Johnson & Johnson last year into Kenvue Inc.—in Los Angeles federal court on Friday, days after the US Food and Drug Administration was alerted to high levels of a cancer-causing chemical in common acne products.
