The White House Office of Management and Budget has finished reviewing Internal Revenue Service guidance that would review all regulatory actions to ensure they are consistent with “the policy to protect and strengthen” the Affordable Care Act.
The guidance (RIN 1545-BQ16), which was sent to the OMB for review by the IRS March 11, can now be published at any time.
