An encouraging day at the U.S. Supreme Court for health insurers seeking Obamacare reimbursements from the government may buoy their hopes for cashing in on a second set of disputed payments—but they may not get all they want.

There are two kinds of payments the government is disputing it’s obligated to pay insurers under Obamacare, but if the Supreme Court decides the government is on the hook for one, it could also be on the hook for the other.
