Insurance Row Over Hawaii Resort Storm Damage Sent to Appraisal

An insurance dispute over 2021 rainstorm damage to two Hawaii resorts involving units of Chubb Ltd., American International Group Inc., Berkshire Hathaway Inc., and other major insurers will be resolved in appraisal, a form of arbitration.
