Indiana’s ability to enforce its gender-affirming care ban for transgender youths pending ongoing litigation isn’t a done deal yet.
The US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit on March 1 asked Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita (R) and other state officials to respond to the minor plaintiffs’ Feb. 28 motion for reconsideration and request for a rehearing by the full cadre of Seventh Circuit judges.
