Indiana Medical Board’s Revocation of Doctor’s License Approved

An Indiana doctor won’t get his medical license back after a state appeals court found that a trial court incorrectly reconsidered the evidence supporting the medical board’s decision to revoke it.

Four women’s testimony during an Indiana Medical Board hearing, and a fifth woman’s out-of-court statement, that James Jenison touched their breasts and rubbed up against them for nonobvious reasons during medical exams supported the conclusion that the doctor engaged in “lewd” and immoral conduct while delivering medical services, the Indiana Court of Appeals said Wednesday.
