Indiana Dental Clinics Settle Fraud Claims for $5.1M

The federal government clamped down on a $5.1 million alleged dental fraud scheme involving nine clinics operated in Indiana.

The Justice Department Nov. 6 announced the settlement it reached with ImmediaDent of Indiana, which operates the nine clinics, and Samson Dental Partners, which provides administrative support to ImmediaDent. The businesses will pay $3.4 million to the federal government and an additional $1.7 million to the state of Indiana.
