IHC Heath Services Inc.'s win over medical malpractice claims over complications from a patient’s pancreas operations will stand following a federal appellate court’s ruling Wednesday.
Patient Jeffrey Robertson and his wife Wanphen had waited too long to file a lawsuit against IHC and other providers for alleged treatment errors that ultimately left him facing a last-minute operation to save his life, the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit ruled.
