There’s no constitutional right to help a pregnant minor get an abortion in another state without their parents’ knowledge and consent, Idaho said in a district court filing.
The law prohibits abortion “trafficking,” not travel—and that’s a crime, Attorney General Raúl Labrador (R) said Monday in a brief opposing abortion helpers’ motion to stop the law’s enforcement while the case proceeds in the US District Court for the District of Idaho.
