Idaho’s legislature is asking a federal judge to reconsider an order that blocks the state from implementing a law limiting access to abortions.
- “The court’s analysis relies on a misstatement of Idaho law,” according to the
filing dated Wednesday. - The motion also refers to a
separate judge’s decision in Texas, which said the federal government could not use the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act to override state limits on abortion access - EARLIER:
