Idaho Abortion ‘Trafficking’ Law Remains Halted During Appeal

Groups that help Idaho teens get legal abortions in other states can operate while an appeals court considers the legality of a state law that prohibits their conduct.

The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, in a brief three-paragraph order, denied Idaho Attorney General Raúl Labrador’s (R) request to let authorities enforce the state’s abortion “trafficking” ban while the court reviews the case.
