H. Keeto Sabharwal has joined Husch Blackwell as a partner on its intellectual property litigation team in Washington, DC, the firm said Friday.
Sabharwal will practice as a member of the healthcare, life sciences, and education industry group, Husch Blackwell said.
He focuses on Abbreviated New Drug Application litigation and has litigated intellectual property disputes in federal district court, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the US Patent and Trademark Office, and International Trade Commission, according to the firm.
He was a partner in the intellectual property group at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, according to Husch Blackwell.
