More than 300 people are in quarantine in South Carolina after exposure to a measles outbreak that has sickened more than 125, the state said Friday.
The total number of infections has increased by 15 from Tuesday, when the South Carolina Department of Public Health last gave an update. The outbreak is concentrated in Spartanburg County, located in the northern part of the state, and has been spreading since October through local churches and schools.
