Morgan Stanley Health-Care Banker Guskind Joins Houlihan Lokey

Houlihan Lokey Inc. has hired Morgan Stanley banker Jonathan Guskind as a managing director in its health-care investment banking group, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Guskind, who will cover medical technology from New York, spent more than a decade at Morgan Stanley and most recently helped lead its medical technology coverage effort, said the person, who asked not to be identified because the matter is private. The hire gives Houlihan Lokey one of the biggest medical technology-focused teams in the industry, the person said.
