Minority health programs at a prominent Cleveland medical center have triggered a civil rights complaint with the Biden administration that accuses the programs of segregating and discriminating against patients.
Filed by conservative policy group Do No Harm with the US Department of Health and Human Services, the complaint accuses Cleveland Clinic’s Minority Stroke Program and Minority Men’s Health Center of violating federal law by tailoring their efforts to specific racial groups.
