Horizon Omnia Suit Moves to Federal Court

A New Jersey chiropractors’ association’s attempt to stop Horizon Healthcare Services Inc. from selling a tiered insurance plan has moved to the federal courts (Ass’n of N.J. Chiropractors, Inc. v. Horizon Healthcare Servs., Inc., D.N.J., No. 3:16-cv-8400, filed 11/10/16).

The suit, originally filed in state court by the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors Inc., claims that the Horizon Omnia plan violates state and federal law.
