Daniel Graham joined Holland & Hart as a partner in its commercial litigation practice in Denver, the firm announced Thursday.
Graham provides litigation services to clients in food and beverage, agriculture, technology, and construction industries across contract claims, business torts, intellectual property rights, and real estate disputes. He also counsels high-net-worth individuals and family offices on commercial disputes, real estate matters, reputation management, and liability concerns, the firm said.
He joins from Perkins Coie.
