The US Department of Health and Human Services has compiled a list of recommendations and risks around the use of artificial intelligence in the healthcare space.
The HHS AI plan released Monday comes in response to a Biden administration executive order from October on development and use of the technology. The HHS said in the plan its “vision” is that state, Tribal, local, and/or territorial government entities (STLTs) will be in a better position for using AI-enabled systems in the next two or three years.
