HHS Mulling New Drug Fight Panelists After Trump-Era Picks Nixed (2)

The Biden administration is moving to designate new panelists to a long-awaited forum for resolving drug discount fights after it nixed Trump-era appointees earlier this year, a step that had effectively halted the dispute process.

The Department of Health and Human Services is considering “recommended new appointments” to “correct for shortcomings in the prior slate of appointments” made by the Trump administration, according to a court document filed by the National Association of Community Health Centers and the government.
