Up to 442,000 doses of the Jynneos vaccine will be made available for states and jurisdictions to order under the accelerated Phase 3 of the national vaccine strategy to address monkeypox, the HHS said Monday.
The Department of Health and Human Services said it is able to make the additional doses available to order as a result of the recent Food and Drug Administration emergency use authorization, as well as revised dosing guidelines.
Phase 4 is now expected to be launched later this month, the HHS said.
