Jenna Levy joined Herrick, Feinstein as a partner in its corporate department, the firm announced Tuesday.
Levy represents clients in technology and commercial matters, including software licensing, cloud infrastructure, AI and machine learning deployments, virtual reality, fintech and virtual currency ventures, and enterprise-wide technology agreements. She advises data center operators and their customers on transactional matters, and counsels businesses navigating the regulatory and commercial dimensions of emerging AI and machine learning-based solutions, the firm said.
She joins from Arnold & Porter.
