Doctors, Nurses Sue HHS Over Deletion of Public Health Data

A coalition of public health professionals is suing the Trump administration over its widespread deletion of health webpages and databases that are used as resources for scientists and doctors.

The Washington State Medical Association, along with several other public health organizations, filed suit Tuesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington alleging Trump administration officials abruptly deleted troves of public health data under the guise of compliance with two January executive orders targeting gender ideology and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
