Health insurance company Cigna and a digital health firm announced the launch of a mobile health application marketplace to guide consumer purchasing of mobile apps and assist them with finding “effective, high quality apps with the appropriate clinical content.”
The online marketplace, Go You Cigna Marketplace, premiered Oct. 1 and is a collection of reviews and highlights of select mobile health applications written by a group of consumer advocates and information technology specialists.
