Health Company Urges Court for Quick Win in Drug Discount Suit

Health company Premier Inc. is seeking to score a speedy victory in its challenge against a health agency’s decision to limit certain hospitals from using their group purchasing arrangements to buy medicines outside of a federal drug discount program.
