Haynes Boone Taps Clarissa Howley Mills as Environmental Partner

Clarissa Howley Mills joined Haynes Boone as a partner in its environmental practice group in Dallas, the firm announced Monday.

Mills counsels clients on compliance with national and state environmental laws, as well as the policies surrounding them. She provides counsel on how regulations have developed over time and where they might be heading in the future, the firm said.

She joins from the Environmental Protection Agency.
