Guam’s Governor Opposes Top Court Review of Abortion Decision

The Guam Supreme Court had authority to declare that local lawmakers impliedly repealed a 1990 abortion ban, meaning that the provision couldn’t be revived based on a 2022 change in federal law, the island’s governor told the US Supreme Court.
