Sarah Hewitt has joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in the corporate department in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Hewitt represents companies in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, securities, bank lending, and corporate governance matters, according to Fox Rothschild.
She was previously a partner at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis.
