Foley Hoag Hires Barbara Klepper as Washington Tax Partner

Barbara Klepper joined Foley Hoag as a partner in its tax practice in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

Klepper counsels clients on executive compensation planning, equity compensation, employee benefits, and other tax matters. She represents both public and private companies, and advises investment fund managers on ERISA compliance and tax-exempt charitable organizations on formation and governance.
