US Fitness Holdings LLC ended its suit against Accredited Surety & Casualty Co. seeking coverage for lawsuits brought by two patrons who alleged they developed Legionnaires’ disease at a South Carolina facility.
The gym facility—also known as Onelife Fitness—the carrier, and the underlying litigants agreed to the dismissal without prejudice, according to a Wednesday filing in the US District Court for the District of South Carolina. No further details were disclosed.
