Federal Court Rejects Physician’s Challenge To Discipline Imposed on Fraud Allegations

A challenge on constitutional grounds to the discipline imposed by New York state regulators on a physician who was investigated for insurance fraud must be dismissed, a federal trial court ruled May 14 (Tsirelman v. Daines, , 2014 BL 133610, E.D.N.Y., 1:10-cv-00903-JBW-RLM, 5/14/14).
