The FDA is asking a federal court in Texas to toss a group of doctors’ lawsuit challenging the agency’s regulation over the abortion medication mifepristone.
Challenges brought by the the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine and Missouri, Idaho, and Kansas should be dismissed by the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the Food and Drug Administration wrote in a motion filed Friday.
