FDA Targets Copycat Weight Loss Drugs in Blow to Hims & Hers (1)

The US Food and Drug Administration said it would crack down on copycat weight-loss drugs like those marketed by Hims & Hers Health Inc. just a day after the telehealth firm started offering a deeply discounted knock-off pill.

Hims said Thursday it would sell a cheaper version of Novo Nordisk A/S’s new Wegovy weight-loss pill.
