Express Scripts Opioid Suit by Alaska Gets Judge’s Go-Ahead

The state of Alaska may move ahead with a lawsuit against Express Scripts Inc. over the pharmacy benefit manager’s role in the opioid crisis, under a federal judge’s order denying in part the company’s motion to dismiss the case.
