Evolving Research Tech Spurs Plan to Revamp Integrity Rules

Research misconduct regulations at the HHS will undergo their first makeover under a plan by the Biden administration to account for changes in technology.

Administered by the Health and Human Services Office of Research Integrity, the regulations define research misconduct as making up data, tampering with existing data, or plagiarism.
