The EPA has rescinded the termination of some of the employees it recently let go, according to an internal email sent to affected staff over the weekend.
The rescissions come in response to a March 13 decision by Judge James Bredar of the US District Court for the District of Maryland, who found the firing of probationary employees at 18 agencies was unlawful, according to the email, which was reviewed by Bloomberg Law.
