Eighth Circuit Hears Novartis Case Against Missouri Pharmacy Law

A federal appeals court panel on Thursday heard Novartis AG‘s renewed arguments seeking a preliminary injunction against a Missouri law that requires it to discount drugs to an unlimited number of pharmacies under a federal discount drug pricing program.
