EHR Vendor Greenway Joins eHealth Exchange

Electronic health record vendor Greenway Medical Technologies announced Oct. 7 it has joined Healtheway to expand the reach of the eHealth Exchange, once known as the nationwide health information network exchange.

Greenway said in a release that it is the first ambulatory health IT vendor to join Healtheway, the public-private partnership created by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology to promote the electronic exchange of health information among health-care providers and hospitals across the country.
