James Dolan’s sports and media empire granted at least $7 million in total compensation this year to three lawyers, one of whom will soon depart.
Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. disclosed in a securities filing late Friday that general counsel Laura Franco—a former top lawyer at dating app maker Bumble Inc. and legacy media company CBS Corp. who was hired last year—will leave as of Oct. 31. Franco is entitled to severance benefits under the terms of her employment agreement with the company.
