DOJ Wants Tufts Freedom Sold for Harvard Pilgrim Deal Approval

The Department of Justice will require Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare and Health Plan Holdings to divest Tufts Health Freedom Plan Inc. to proceed with their merger, the agency said in a press release.
