The Biden administration sued two anti-abortion organizations and their activists, alleging they violated federal law by physically obstructing access to reproductive health clinics in Ohio.
The complaint, filed Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, accuses Citizens for a Pro-Life Society Inc., the affiliated group Red Rose Rescue, and seven individuals of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act during coordinated protests the groups engaged in in June 2021.
The events targeted the Northeast Ohio Women’s Center in Cuyahoga Falls and a Planned Parenthood facility in the Cleveland suburb of Bedford Heights. ...
