Democrats Seek DOJ Probe of Florida Actions on Abortion Measure

Attorney General Merrick Garland should investigate allegations Florida’s governor illegally used state resources to campaign against an abortion rights ballot measure, a group of House Democrats wrote in a letter to the Justice Department on Thursday.

The group of lawmakers led by Reps. Maxwell Frost (D-Fla.) and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) said in their letter to Garland that Florida Gov.
