Undocumented immigrants who arrived in the US as children will be able to receive subsidized Obamacare coverage under a rule the Biden administration released Friday.
The final rule (RIN 0938-AV23) from the Department of Health and Human Services modifies the definition of who is considered “lawfully present” and eligible to purchase a qualified health plan through the federal and state marketplaces.
