CVS to Face Pain Drug Prescribers’ Business Interference Claim

A Miami-area pain management physician practice can proceed with claims that CVS Pharmacy Inc. is tortiously interfering with its business relationships with its unnamed patients and referring physicians, a federal court in Florida said.
