A federal trial court July 6 ruled that a public hospital would be sanctioned for failing to abide by an order to void a report made to the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) about a physician whose privileges it suspended without a hearing (Chudacoff v. University Medical Center, D. Nev., 2:08-cv-00863-ECR-RJJ, 7/6/12).
