Court Dismisses Some Claims Against Breast Surgery Center

A federal judge in Louisiana streamlined an action brought by a breast reconstruction surgery center against numerous Blue Cross Blue Shield health-insurance carriers for allegedly underpaying the center for its medical services (Ctr. for Restorative Breast Surgery, LLC v. Blue Cross Blue Shield of La., 2016 BL 147520, E.D. La., 2:11-cv-00806-SM-MBN, 5/6/16).
