A False Claims Act lawsuit against drugmaker CSL Behring LLC and two specialty pharmacies was dismissed with prejudice in a Jan. 20 ruling after a federal district court in Missouri held that the allegations of inflated drug price reporting by CSL already had been publicly disclosed (United States ex rel. Lager v. CSL Behring, LLC, 2015 BL 14693, E.D. Mo., 4:14-cv-00841-CEJ, 1/20/16).
