Warehouse retailer Costco Wholesale Corp. Dec. 6 announced it is now offering electronic health record and practice management software to health care providers across the nation.
The national launch comes after a successful test marketing of the products by health information technology companies Etransmedia and Allscripts to its health care provider members.
Costco said its executive members will pay $499 per month for the software, representing up to a 40 percent savings over products offered elsewhere.
