Beverage giant Constellation Brands Inc. said Thursday that Jeff LaBarge would assume the role of chief legal officer and executive vice president, replacing Jim Bourdeau, who is retiring.

LaBarge will succeed Bourdeau effective March 1, 2026. Bourdeau will then transition to an advisory role, with responsibility for advising management on strategy and working to ensure a seamless transition of his CLO responsibilities.

LaBarge has been with Constellation since 2016 and has held various legal leadership roles. Before joining the company, he was a partner at Nixon Peabody LLP.
